Applying to Colleges
Steppingstone continues to support Scholars throughout middle and high school as they pursue their long-term goal of attending college. Steppingstone’s college counseling services are designed to complement the college guidance programs provided by our Scholars’ high schools. Steppingstone provides support by helping families successfully navigate the college admission and financial aid processes. This support includes an annual College Conference, application, admissions and financial aid workshops, recommendation writing, college visits, summer opportunities, access to reduced-rate ACT/SAT preparation courses, and one-on-one guidance.

- Financial Aid and Scholarships
- Writing the College Essay
- Mock Interviews
- Introduction to the Steppingstone Alumni Network
